After My RSV Shot

The other day Rich and I received our latest Covid shot and our first ever RSV shot, we had already received our flu shot a few weeks ago.

Rich didn’t feel either shot, I felt nothing when the needle went in for the Covid shot but after the needle went in for my RSV shot I really felt that. The nurse said some feel it more and I guess I was one of them because neither bothered Rich.

We had been busy working outside during the day and when evening hit I realized my arm was so sore I could barely move it. Since I have bursitis in my right shoulder I decided to have the shot in the left, wrong decision since now neither arm was moving very good.

As I was getting read to retire I remembered about an oil I got to review and while I have used it for sore muscles and it worked good I never gave it a try on SORE muscles and an almost unmovable arm. It has an easy to use pump bottle and you apply this oil to sore muscles on damp skin so the oil can penetrate into the skin. So I massaged it into both my shoulders and while I was at it, my lower back also.

I was amazed that I not only woke up with very minimal pain in the shoulder but I also slept the entire night!

The product made by First Botany Cosmeceuticals is 100% natural and pure and it’s made in the USA. This massage oil has a blend of essential oils to sooth overexerted sore muscles. It has lavender combined with warming properties of grapefruit and peppermint to help with circulation and over worked muscles all while nourishing and hydrating the skin. It has such a pleasant aroma and I woke up being able to move my arm. Plus the over use of my back muscles when working in the yard were completely back to normal.

If you are looking for a massage oil for sore and over used muscles you might want to give First Botany Sore Muscle Massage Oil a try!

Good for you to get your shots AND relieve for sore muscles.
Around here so many people are coming down with bad colds, the flu and God knows what.
I love essential oils. Even if they don’t “work”, they smell nice!
