A Bit of Nature
Today is Wordless Wednesday and I’m sharing a bit of nature from around our yard. Lia is so interested in anything that flies, crawls, hops, slithers or inches along!
Lia and I hope you have enjoyed a bit of nature from our backyard! I never know what Lia will find crawling or flying around the yard.
Love them creepy crawlers and flying objects.
So does Lia, Roy! She is such a nature lover!
Wow, you have some interesting critters in your yard.
LOL we have our own little nature park in our yard Brenda.
Your pictures are gorgeous, and Lia is adorable and priceless, as always. Thanks for sharing some simple beauty today.
Thanks Mary. Someday I’d love to get a “real” camera but I’m happy with how well my phone pictures turn out.
I always say that I love all things in nature. I should add, “except the bugs” (even though they belong there).
I’m not a big fan of bugs either Rachel! However Lia loves them all!
Ok, you brought back memories of collecting inchworms and caterpillars when I was young, and ladybugs. I wear a mask outside like Lis because of the pollen and allergens that the blooming plants are producing. That is my reason for wearing a mask. Just saying…..It got hot and humid again here in NY/ LI…..when will it all end?!?!? Question- does Lia collect lightning bugs at night? That is a lot of fun…..we have tons here….the first time this season I saw a lighting bug I saw it from the corner of my eye and it was really bright and beautiful!
OMG now you brought back memories for me! I loved collected lightning bugs (we called them fire flies) when I was younger. We don’t have any down here for Lia to catch Pamela.
I really enjoyed your nature pictures. I often find myself sitting in the backyard watching all that abounds around me.
It’s so peaceful to do that Belanie! Thanks for visiting.
Always love your Wordless Wednesdays! That close up of the ladybug is awesome!!
I’m so glad you enjoy them Angie! I love taking photographs!
My word for Wordless Wednesday: exquisite! A very inspiring collection of miraculous creatures.
Thanks for your word of the week Kebba! Lia loves all types of creepy crawlers!
Beautiful pictures! Thank you for sharing your back yard! I felt as if I were there!
I love nature Alice and happy you enjoyed the pictures.
Wow, that is a bunch of nature you have in your backyard. I love how you and Lia make friends with all the creepy crawlers and flyers. Great pictures and videos of your nature finds. Thank you for sharing. Sending lot of love and gratitude. Jaime
