2 Pack Solar Motion Lights

These 2 pack solar motion lights are perfect for shining light when dark and also saving electricity.  The housing is very durable and they are so easy to install and operate.  We live in a sub-division where kids are out after dark. These lights are perfect as a security device also.  Once it gets dusk, the lights automatically shine dim.  But when someone walks past within 15 feet, the lights change to a very bright light at a wide angle.  This is enough to make people think twice if they have vandalism on their mind.

This is the light installed by the front porch. You can see from the top photo how it looks on dim and the bottom is full bright.  It lights up our entire walkway.

I installed one light on the front porch post and the other over our garage.  I love the solar power, no wires to hook up, just let the sun shine.  After I installed them in the morning, the charging began and when it was dusk, the lights came on.  I did I test to see how quickly the bright light came on and it was instant as the lights sensed me walking up our driveway.  There is enough solar power to keep the lights on all night and they are still on in the morning when we wake up.  The Homitt solar motion lights have a lithium battery with a solar panel to charge it.   The LED bulbs has a lifespan of about 50,000 hours and they get to a full charge in about eight hours of sunshine, the stay working for about 12 hours.  If you don’t want to have the lights on, it’s as easy as pushing in the button on the front panel, plus the button and entire housing is waterproof.  By having the circuit board coated with resisting lacquer, this motion light is shock and corrosion proof.         I had looked at other solar lights with the price being for one what these are for two lights.  I am very pleased with the quality, the construction and the overall looks plus the ease of operation on the Homitt 2 pack Solar Motion Light.  Besides pulling into our driveway and having the lights come on automatically, we are saving money on electricity.  I received this product in exchange for my honest review and all opinions are my own and these motion lights are great for the front yard for security, the back yard for entertaining or relaxing and they are perfect on fence posts leading up a path and even a garden.
