I have heard so much about green tea from my grandson who teaches health and fitness but have never tried it. Matcha Green tea is 100% organic with no fillers and USDA certified. It is full of antioxidants and supplies natural energy.

Besides drinking a nice cup of hot green tea, it is also great in smoothies, lattes and baking. I was invited to try this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion and I must say at first I was wondering how it would taste. I was amazingly surprised at how delicious it was! You don’t need much powder for one cup of tea, only 1/2 teaspoon. Add the dry tea to your cup and mix with a very small amount of hot water to make a paste. Pour the hot water over and it mixes up so smooth. When I made my first cup, it was very strong so I adjusted the amount, added the hot but not boiling water and it tasted perfect.

I added a bit of lemon and that really hit the spot! Another great thing is the package, it has a zip closure so the tea will stay fresh. Green tea is one of the healthiest drinks and with all the antioxidants, it helps your body both inside and out. I’m so glad I tried this product and highly recommend Genuis Companies Matcha Me tea to everyone!
