Silicone Round Egg Yolk Out Separators/Yolk Extractors

I bake often with just egg whites plus also make meringue and was excited to try this silicone egg separator in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

The silicone ball is easy to squeeze however it took me a few times to get the yolk to totally suck up. I got the hang of it but some of the egg white would still be attached to the yolk. I had to pull it off before I dropped the yolk in a different container. When it did work, it worked good.

The egg separator is easy to clean with hot water and I need a bit more practice to get the knack removing the yolk from the white. Like everything, practice makes perfect.
